A little background
Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing - through postures and breathing practices. It works all the muscles of the body and uses all the joints. It massages the internal organs and clears and calms the mind. Keeping the body toned and healthy and the mind content. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice of discipline. Practising yoga clears the energy pathways of the body enabling the free flow of prana (vital life force). Resulting in good health and well being. Above all yoga is fun and makes you happy! I have taught yoga in school and care homes, and offer one to one tuition.
I’m currently teaching 1 online class via zoom and 2 classes in the Neuadd Goffa, Penrhyndeudraeth weekly.
Outside yoga when the weather is nice, either on the beach or lakeside.
