Retreats:

The cost includes all meals*, yoga sessions, and any other additional activity I am offering on the retreat. It does not include massages or other therapies, which are priced individually and payment is direct to the therapist.

Mats and other yoga equipment are provided.

To secure your place a non-refundable deposit is to be paid.   Your place is not secured until I have received the deposit and your completed health and information form.

The balance is due six weeks before the date of the retreat, and I will send you a reminder of this.  If I do not receive payment by this date I reserve the right to reallocate your place.

(*excluding one meal out at a restaurant on the Almeria Retreat)

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel I will do my best to fill your place and fully refund you (minus the deposit). If however I cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees apply:

If you cancel 1-28 days before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.

If you cancel 29 or more days before the retreat you will be charged 60% of the retreat price.

All bookings are non-transferable.

By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

I recommend that you take out insurance to cover your costs in the event that you have to cancel and are not due a refund in terms of the above policy.

If for any reason I am not able to come due to ill health or other reasons a replacement teacher of similar style and quality will step in my place.The chances of this happening are very slim.  Or a full refund will be given.

General

If you have a specific dietary requirement please inform me of this at the time of booking (on the health and information form).

 Pets are not allowed on the retreat.

I reserve the right to alter the program, or provide an alternative teacher in unforeseen circumstances.

I reserve the right to turn any person away from attending the retreat.

I reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. If in the regrettable case the retreat is cancelled a full refund will be given.

Without limitation, Tracey Joscelyne is not responsible nor liable for any bodily injury, death, war, threat of war, delays, changes or losses caused by, but not limited to, acts of God, closure or diversion of transportation, civil strife, natural disasters accidents or any other events beyond my control.  Guests’ illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the retreat, loss of or damage to personal property, is not the responsibility nor liability of myself.
