Yoga Foundation course
We will run another course, get in touch if you’re interested!
Who is the course for..
This foundation course is suitable for anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge of yoga - this ranges from the history and background of yoga to the asanas. This understanding will give more context to what yoga means and how to develop a personal practice.
Students will study yoga in much more depth than in class and will be encouraged to keep a diary as a way to bring yoga into their daily lives. Each day we will work through asana and breath work as well as discussing the history and important literature of yoga. Although not a teaching course it is good preparation for those wishing to train to become a yoga teacher in the future. There will be no formal written work.
